But the following are some of the other fixes that you can try when the group texting is not working on your phone. 

Restart the device.

In many cases, a simple restart will be very beneficial and it will work in this too. Just keep pressing the power button for a while and select restart. Then the device will restart and the problem should have to be fixed. 

Enable group messaging.

Sem times the group MMS may be disabled on your phone, and in this case, enable it by following the below steps. 

1. Launch the messaging app.
2. On the three dots, click.
3. Open Settings next.
4. Move to Advanced by scrolling down.
5. Then select Group Messaging.
6. Select Send an MMS reply to everyone (group MMS).

Those two tricks will definitely work for you and if not, try reducing the number of recipients that you’ve added to the group and try sending it again.
